About this tool

ArkWarden is an encrypted vault for iPhone. Photos, videos, documents and audio are each encrypted on the device with AES-256-GCM.

You unlock by drawing a pattern on a 5x5 grid. It runs through PBKDF2 and combines with a key held in your iPhone's Secure Enclave. That hardware key cannot be copied, so vault data taken from your phone cannot be opened anywhere else. Your pattern is never stored.
