About this tool

The document capture worksheet sized from your own firm: the pages in the backlog, the scanner hours to clear it, the minutes a day the incoming paper takes, the hours a week spent finding and refiling paper and what that costs a year, and the pages a retention period keeps. Every answer becomes the client portal and the retention record a partner or an auditor will ask for.
