What is Blazeway

An experiment journal for solo founders and small teams. Every product experiment you run starts with a four-part hypothesis and ends with a written insight that joins a permanent decision timeline. The cookieless test runner is included so you can ship the experiment without leaving the journal.

What life with Blazeway looks like

Sunday evening. You notice signup drop-off at the hero. Instead of opening Notion and jotting "smaller CTA?", you open Blazeway and spend two minutes writing the real hypothesis, all guided:

*) Observation: 38% drop at scroll position 1

*) Mechanism: pricing renders below fold

*) Prediction: pricing above fold lifts signup

*) Threshold: 12% in 14 days

Drop the snippet, ship the variant, close the laptop.

Two weeks later. The experiment concludes. Variant B is +8%, below threshold. Instead of shrugging and moving on, you spend ten minutes writing the insight: "Pricing position matters more than CTA size. The next experiment should isolate pricing position alone." That insight stays linked to the experiment permanently.

Three months later. You're redesigning the pricing module. You type "pricing" into the search bar. Experiment 4's insight surfaces. You skip the redesign and move the existing component 200px up. Experiment 14 ships in five minutes and lifts conversion 14% in five days.

That is the loop. Hypothesis, experiment, insight, surface again. Each one makes the next decision more obvious.
