About this tool

Computer aided facility management software for the person answering for the buildings at a small or mid-sized organisation, whose spreadsheet of desks, assets and contractor jobs has stopped holding up: how much of the space is actually occupied and what the empty desks are costing, what a square foot costs to run once rent, utilities, maintenance and services are counted, how deep the maintenance backlog is in hours against the technicians available and whether it is growing or shrinking, and what an ageing asset base should be setting aside every year.
