Carry is a Chrome extension that automatically saves your ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok conversations as plain Markdown files to a folder you control, or directly into your Obsidian vault. It works locally with no server or account, using your existing session to capture transcripts, reports, and project context with high fidelity. Re-syncs update files in place, so your AI history stays permanent and searchable.
