About this tool

Customermates is an open-source CRM for small B2B teams. It manages contacts, organizations, deals, services and tasks, with custom fields, table and board views, dashboards and activity history. Compatible external AI clients can read and update records through native MCP access, within each user's permissions. REST and webhooks support customer-run integrations.

Customermates Cloud includes Mate, the in-app AI assistant. Pro and Business add a unified inbox for email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram.

The public CRM core can be self-hosted with Docker Compose and PostgreSQL. First-party core code uses AGPL-3.0-only; commercial server features have separate terms. Self-hosting does not include the hosted unified inbox or Mate assistant.

Managed Cloud starts at €12 per user per month for Starter, with Pro at €29, Business at €69 and custom Enterprise pricing. A seven-day hosted trial is available.
