About this tool

A training checklist sized to the role, a training matrix sized to your headcount and your courses, a 30 60 90 plan for the new starter and a dashboard that says how compliant the workforce is today and in ninety days. You type the headcount, the courses and the refresher periods; the sheet does the arithmetic in front of you and asks for nothing else.

Inductvo is a small piece of software for the person at an employer who keeps the workforce's training records: the safety manager on a site or in a plant, the operations manager of a warehouse, the registered manager of a care or food business
