About this tool

A reception signs people in all day: guests, contractors, interview candidates, delivery drivers. The paper book records almost none of it usefully, and the first time it matters is the morning the alarm goes and a fire warden needs to know who is still inside. The worksheet here sizes that from your own numbers, free and without an account: the names an evacuation list has to account for, the sign-in records a year, how many your retention rule holds and how many clauses the visitor policy behind them needs. Lobbyvo Pro keeps the record itself, one reception at a time.
