About this tool

NotebookLM takes sources one at a time, through a file picker. Source LM takes the batch: a JSON export (Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack…) becomes Markdown sources packed under the 500,000-word per-source cap, never splitting a record — re-run later and only new records go up. On YouTube, buttons inside the site's own UI turn a playlist or channel into one source per video, with transcripts and optional top comments.
