About this tool

Kanban Lens helps you plan your day on a visual kanban board, focus on one task at a time and see where your time went. Capture tasks in an inbox, move them through custom columns with drag and drop, start a Pomodoro or custom focus timer from a task, and review completed work and focus time each week. Search notes, comments, subtasks and tags, and export as JSON, CSV or Markdown. Boards are stored on your device by default and no account is needed. Free with one board; Pro adds unlimited boards, optional iCloud sync, automations, calendar timeboxing and Shortcuts.
